Possibly the MOST Under-Exposed “Power Leak” in the Golf Backswing!

The "Butt is King" in Your Golf Workouts

If you're looking to improve your game by implementing some golf workouts into your routine, you had better start thinking "glutes."  If there is one area that needs to be strong to create power in a golf swing, this is it.  And surprisingly, this is might just be the muscle group that I find to be weakest among the amatuer golfer population. Actually, I bet it's weak in more than 90% of the population!

Has all of that time on the driving range been worthless?

We've all done it. Gone out to the driving range on a Sunday afternoon, possibly after a not so great round on Saturday, when it's 95 degrees out, sweating your butt off, banging balls, cussing at yourself because you just can't figure out what the heck is going on in your swing. Your coach or buddies have all done their civil duty of telling you exactly what you are or aren't doing (by the way, they all notice something different), but no matter how hard you try, you just can't get it. I have bad news. You'll never get it.

“This score is lower than usual. Are you sure you want to post?”

This is what the computer said when my client tried to input his score for his handicap last week.  He was so excited that he took a picture of the screen to show his buddies on the golf trip he was leaving for the next day.  He shot a 78 and is used to shooting in the mid 80’s.  He was afraid that being the new guy on this golf trip, they would immediately accuse him of being a “sandbagger!”  I told him there are worse problems to haveJ
